Please see below the draft agenda for the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shipston on Stour RFC which will take place at Shipston Rugby Club on Tuesday 6th July 2021 commencing at 7pm.
Following the current guidance, we will be able to hold the AGM as a face to face meeting at the club adhering to social distancing guidelines that apply at that time. Should the Government guidelines change and we find we are unable to hold a face to face meeting we will make alternative arrangements and advise membership accordingly nearer the date.

Any member wishing to stand for office, or to raise an issue or item for inclusion on the AGM agenda should communicate the fact together with details of the issue to be raised, by emailing the Secretary at secretary@shipstonrugbyclub.co.uk All correspondence should reach the Secretary no later than Monday 21st June 2021.
